Trying to quit diet soda.

Trying to quit my addiction to diet soda. I have noticed lately, that I've been getting a lot of headaches, and have been feeling tired a lot recently.

Supposedly, diet soda, actually increases depression. So maybe, if I cut back on diet soda, and drink only water, or caffeine free drinks I'll start feeling better.

Also, sometimes when I drink too much diet soda, it makes me sick, and I start feeling nauseous. I wonder, if those nicotine patches would work with this. I mean diet drinks are basically a drug. You're body becomes so dependent on it that if you don't have sugar in your body, you start getting those headaches.

So wish me luck as I start this journey to quiet diet drinks for good.
