Never judge a book by its cover!

Dear diary,
My third baby just made my day and by baby I mean my IELTS student. Mr. Kh just sent me his report card, thanking me for the great, endless efforts - his words- for those two terms. Setting my eyes on his texts, I couldn't really believe my eyes. Was it really him? The one who had difficulty introducing himself on the very first day! I vividly remember the end of the first term when I broke it to the principal, emphasizing how weak they still were despite everything so that he wouldn't expect miracles from me. On the second term, however, things started looking up. They were like waking up from a long dream, like a spark. Even the principal was speechless during his two observations, saying "You have..." he couldn't find the words and I went then " the word you are looking for is 'improved' " and he agreed and thanked me many times.

As a teacher, I feel incredibly and utterly proud, hearing my students succeed in whatever they've dreamt of. like every part of my body is high, super excited- I've never actually been high in my life though- I guess after giving birth, the second most pleasant feeling in the world can be experienced by teachers.

Time: 12: 51 AM
PS: let's hope I bump into the principal tomorrow to inform him on the big news. :D
PSS: I was used to the previous simple background. This new one is too white, which really bugs me.
