Hump day catching up

Been busy showing we saw the best one I have
seen in a while around here. Not in the best area. I am hoping
that keeps others out. It had seven showings today and has 5
scheduled for tomorrow....

When we first walked in....there was a hardwood floor area with a
half wall to the right...this area was the foyer oversized. Big
enough for a large been....kind of reminded me of a waiting room.
We were shocked as we walked in farther to see a fireplace room
where they had set up for tv watching. It was huge. The half
wall area was a step down and it lead into a master bedroom
with that huge walk in closet and bath that this lady has been
wanting. I felt we would never find it in their price range.
But here it is....we walked back to through the den area to a huge
eat in kitchen, white cabinets...island backdoor lead to a laundry
room mud room...then to a deck...with stair that lead to down stairs.
Yes, there was full basement. But not yet...we missed a couple
bedrooms....walked back through kitchen to the other side of house..
where we found another full bath...and two bedrooms. One with
a office area.....we found the stairs...that lead up to a full
attic area turned into a large bedroom...with the slanting walls
on the side...the entire width of the house. Wow....
on our way to go out to garage...we found another
set of stairs that lead to the basement. Down we went...
another full bath, several areas for storage. Another refrigerator...a bedroom and a huge man cave....I was stunned. the way this was set
up, it could be rented out....for sure.

The garage had a single garage side with garage door...and the other
side had a was pretty good size...just what he wanted...
but he was already in love and still talking about that
darn man cave area.....

lord have mercy. The front porch had a huge area...covered....
with a for more seating too. Not your modern
day porch...this house was built in 1950. 5 bedrooms 3 baths.
we put in an offer...but 5 people are seeing it tomorrow...
we do not know what to think....yet.

just crossing fingers for now.
