eBay's war against small sellers

Engineered by design. eBay wants to put small to mid-size retailers out of business because they are working in collusion with larger big box retailers. This is where the unfair competition, price fixing and tortius interference with business affairs comes into play. They have already cost us sellers hundreds of millions in lost revenue to prop them up. Instead of providing a good service platform and proper marketing, they rely on a turn-style methodology. Defrauding new sellers as the previous ones are purged or give up because they don't get the value of their goods. hese are the automated "Bots" that eBay has unleashed that are randomly lowering sellers search standings in secret, hiding sellers items so that they can not be seen by consumers at random, and are de-registering small to mid-size sellers by accident for random violation, all in order to show favortism to larger retailers selling on eBay. This is a secret pact that eBay has made with the larger retailers to help curb competition to inspire them to remain on eBay, so that eBay's false valuation stock price can be maintained. In effect the "Bots" are a computer virus designed to sweep through eBay and harrass, damage and destroy small to mid-size sellers so that in the event of a legal investigation by the Department of Justice & the Federal Trade Commission, eBay executives can attempt to avoid prosecution and simply point their fingers at the virus and not assume culpability for their actions. Well guess what? If John Donahoe and his cohorts created the eBay Virus? They are responsible for unleashing it. They are not Bots. They are a computer virus designed and engineered to destroy small to mid-size Mom & Pop business owners. eBay is engaged in collusion, extortion, price fixing, unfair competition, fraud, tortius interference with business affairs and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The stock market quarterly report is all about image branding and perceived value. Having Wall Mart and Toys R Us selling on eBay is good for their stock price. There ARE sellers who sell retail CD's, DVD's and Toys and compete with big box retailers. Also, eBay does not want pages filled with merchandise that competes with the big box retailers. John Donahoe has shown he regrets having to have ANY small to mid-size sellers selling on eBay. He'd prefer they ALL go away. But eBay needs the monthly fee revenue and the % of sales and % of shipping for their balance sheet / quarterly reports.
Small to mid-size sellers have and continue to compete with big boz retailers. eBay has systematically targeted and illegally destroyed small to mid size sellers who have competed. They also don't want used goods to compete with new goods sold by large retailers. It does all make sense. If you are an evil greedy bastard who is anti-American small to mid-size business. Bay's internal policy, which employees have revealed is a revolving door / turnstyle type methodology. Rely on our bad economy ( which eBay's criminal activities contribute to ) to insire new consumers to come on to eBay and attempt to sell. eBay relies on sellers fees and shipping %'s fees to drive in revenue. They rely on new sellers to increase listings and incur fees before they hit their learning curve and voluntarily leave eBay. And if they don't leave, eBay purges them. They want fresh blood. Fresh meat and fresh fees. They encourage new sellers with fake seller sales limits that can not be reached to increase fees. Sellers posts up thousands of items that pass and eBay makes money from those postings.
