fluoride

One of the biggest reasons for my extreme diet change was because I learned about neurotoxins that inhibit the brains normal functioning, it has been know for a while now that problems with your neurotransmitters can cause mood disorders, depression, and other disorders. My problem for a long time has been my moods, acne, personality problems, sleep problems, memory/concentration problems, fatigue, depression, feelings of confusion or being out of touch.. a lot of these things have been linked to chemicals that we find in our food and in our environment. Not all of them are chemical some of them naturally happen in the body.

In 2009 I started using a prescription drug for my acne that I got from a dermatologist, after some time of being on it I began to feel numbness in my jawline area and having problems concentrating, for the longest time I thought it was the wifi that was causing these problems and other electromagnet waves like from cell phones that was causing these problems so I decided to look into it. I found out that the product I was using was highly toxic, I began to research chemicals that you can find in everyday products and how they seep through into the blood stream and can affect your body in harmful ways.

I will tell you that I don't think everybody's body responds to these chemicals the same way but for some reason my body seems to be ultra sensitive to them so I have learned to avoid them completely.

Ok, so now onto the fluoride which I only have recently began to research, I already stopped using it in my toothpaste a while ago, but last night I was watching some health related videos and found out that fluoride was also added to drinking water, I knew fluoride was added to water because they decided it would help with problems of cavity's, but I did not know that I would be in my drinking water that I bought from the store, of which was not even marked that I contained fluoride.

So for the past year I've been drinking this water with fluoride, also there have been many studies that show that fluoride causes many neurological problems, the biggest of which I'm concerned about is reduced intelligence. I can tell you that I've learned that these chemicals have an adverse affect on my ability to concentrate in my classes, it's not just fluoride but also other processed foods and chemicals that you find in products like deodorant.

With that said, I'm am not moving to distilled water until I can find a reasonably priced alternative to water, I need to know that I am getting clean chemical free water because I think fluoride is a huge culprit in me not passing my classes they way I need to be able to.. again don't think I'm trying to blame chemicals for my bad grades, but I've learned to listen to my body and I've found that my body is very sensitive to chemicals, including fluoride, hydrogenated oils, aluminum (found in deodorant), MSG, BPA, and more..

I have to eliminate these chemicals from my body, mostly the ones that are neurotoxins because my biggest problem seems to be concentrated with brain functioning. I don't understand how other people eat the same things everyday but are not affected. I think it is possibly my petite size or my livers inability to clean out these toxins from my body. Since becoming a vegetarian I have noticed many wonderful changes, but I need to introduce more raw foods into my diet and eat more greens that have vitamins. I think I also have a vitamin B12 deficiency.

I just wish more people would stop and consider the foods they are eating and products they are putting on their skin might be the cause of their depression, I have had only about 2 suicidal thoughts since changing my diet where as before I would experience about 7 in a given year and have major mood swings... the other day while being depressed about kay and I not becoming friends the way I had hoped I had a "down" mood that usually would of lasted all day but it only lasted about an hour, I was able to smile and continue to be happy at work despite my disappointment which is very rare for me, I hope I can see more changes like this once I cleans my body. I also need to exercise and get more involved in my community..
