No Animal Yuckies

***

I don't know if I'll feel like writing when I get home
from work, so I'll write now. Even though nothing much has
changed from this morning. So, there isn't much to write
about. I'm not sure if I feel better or worse than I did
this morning. Physically I feel fine, whereas this morning
I was still pretty sore from my fight with my bed. Now
it's just the usual backache and other pregnancy
complaints.

I finally got around to making the appointments I needed
to today. Thanks to Zoe and yet another one of her
problems. After I finished writing this morning, I was
surfing the web, waiting to go pick Kiki up. I took a
break from what I was doing and I looked over at Zoe, who
was walking around. Just as I was about to say to
myself, "she's being so good", she started scooting across
the carpet on her butt! Like a dog! Using her front claws
to pull her along. All I could think of was Kiki and Gen's
baby Cyrus playing on the floor. So, after shooing her
off, I cleaned the carpet and promptly called her vet to
see what would make a cat do that. The vet tech started to
chuckle a little when I explained the situation to her,
but I wasn't laughing. She said that wasn't normal cat
behavior, so Zoe should go in for testing. She could have
some other kind of worm or kitty hemorrhoids. Yuck. This
cat is nothing but trouble. I'm grossed out by animal
illnesses. I've been lucky with Zeus. He had a cold when
we got him, but other than that, he's had nothing. No
fleas, no tape worms (or other worms) or hemorrhoids. I'm
going to have them run every test under the sun and treat
whatever is wrong with her. I don't care how much it
costs. Hopefully she doesn't prove to be a sickly cat. I'm
bringing home a baby. I want complete cleanliness. No
animal yuckies. It makes me wonder what might be wrong
with Zoe's mother. If Zoe came to us with all these
issues. Worms and fleas. I'M SO GROSSED OUT!!!!!

So, that's what prompted me to make the appointments I've
been procrastinating on. I have my ultrasound on the 2nd
of April and Kiki goes to see the ENT (about her tongue)
on the 15th. Done.

I have to go get ready for work now. Selena worked out a
suitable arrangement with Tamara, so I'm not late to work.
That made me happy. I hate rushing. Ciao for now.
Hopefully next time I write, I'll be telling you about how
wonderful I slept :)
