ANOTHER 2 POUNDS!!!

I fell asleep relatively early last night (for me). Around
9:30, so here I am, awake at 5:30am, which isn't a bad
thing because I just weighted myself. ANOTHER 2 POUNDS!!!
Since starting the program I've lost 4 pounds total in 2
days. I know it may not sound spectacular, but I usually
don't see results for days after starting to eat right and
exercise. Even when I'm killing myself at the gym. So to
not change anything except what I'm eating (the types of
foods, that is) I'm really surprised to see anything
happen. I haven't even started working out yet! Maybe this
is the right program for me. Now I wish I hadn't let it
sit around for almost 2 weeks. I could be 15 pounds
lighter by now!

I don't expect this level of success to continue, even
though all the literature says it will (30 pounds in 6
weeks is 5 pounds per week), but I'm not getting my hopes
up until I see it for myself. Maybe I'll reach that
illusive goal of 130 someday, after all :)

Since I'm up early, I might as well get an early start to
the day. I work at 9am, but if I drop the girls off at
daycare a little early, I can get in a quick mall walk
before work. I know I said I'd never become a mall walker,
but it's so darn convenient. Seeing as how I have to be
there everyday, anyway. I've been doing it on my lunch
breaks. But that's just my little secret :) Ciao
