My Life Thus Far
My Suffering Is Over
*****
"The truth of suffering is that we experience many
different types of suffering. The three categories are:
suffering of suffering-this refers to things such as
headaches; suffering of change-this is related to the
feeling of restlessness after being comfortable; and all-
pervasive suffering that acts as the basis of the first
two categories and is under the control of karma and the
disturbing mind."
My suffering is over. IT HAS ARRIVED!!!!! This morning,
after I showered at the gym I was pleased to see that I
was BLEEDING. I know this isn't something most women would
be happy about, but for me it can only mean one thing. I'm
NOT pregnant and I can go about my life as I had planned.
So, I know everyone was hanging on the edge of their seats
in anticipation, wondering what the verdict would be,
that's it. Definitely not pregnant. I'll be getting back
to my hum-drum, ordinary, nothing-exciting-ever-happens
life now. Apparently, I just had one hell of a case of PMS.
I shopped today, because I feel it's important to do
things you're good at. I'm kidding. I'm good at other
things to, but I like to shop and I have lots of free time
on my hands. If you don't believe me, envision me standing
outside holding a leash that has my CAT at the other end
of it. Yes, just 30 minutes ago I was training my cat to
walk on a leash, because I thought it would be cute. It
was and he picked up on it really quick, but I digress.
I've decided that maybe next semester I'll take a class or
two (or three) at the college. My choices are Ceramics,
Creative Writing and Ballet. I know for sure I want to do
ballet, but the other two are up in the air. I did
ceramics (throwing pots on the wheel, experimenting with
glazes and kiln firing different finishes) it was fun and
I'd like to get into it again. I creative write everyday,
but since I'm constantly being told I should write
professionally, maybe taking some classes wouldn't be a
bad idea. The ballet class will be a great fit for me.
It's twice a week in the middle of the day, so I won't
have babysitting conflicts and I'll get more time to dance
with it being twice weekly. I'm excited just thinking
about it. I'll ask Snookie what he thinks when he gets
home. I don't have to register until August 29th, so I've
got time to think about it.
I'd love to write more, but I need to figure out what to
do with all the crap I bought. Including the 12 vinyl
floor tiles I got at Home Depot. Don't ask. Ciao for now!
