My Life Thus Far

ALMOST Transgressing

I'm not going to go into great detail, but for the past
two weeks I've been doing something I know I shouldn't.
Something that, if discovered, would ruin my marriage
(thus my life). So, it can never be revealed. But, in the
process of ALMOST transgressing (or actually
transgressing, depending on how you want to look at it) I
learned a valuable lesson: If I'm too ashamed to write
about it in my diary, than I have no business doing it. I
won't go any further into the subject and I know my
enigmatic attempt at beating around the bush only piques
your curiousity, but I truly can't talk about what I did.
It isn't something than I want floating around in
cyberspace. That's all I have to say about that.

As for my day. It was okay. I was caught in a shame spiral
and needed both a binge and retail therapy, so I headed to
the only place you can get both under one roof: The mall.
I had a quarter pounder with cheese and fries for lunch
followed by 3 Mrs. Fields cookies. After that, I stopped
in Victoria's Secret, because I can't miss the semi-annual
sale (I managed to find 3 perfect-fitting bras and 5 pairs
of V-string panties, $113 damage, not too bad). After that
I stopped in Forever 21 and found the perfect "Welcome
Home" dress for Snookie. It fits me to perfection, it's a
little long, but that's a simple altering job. Nothing I
can't handle. It's a halter style dress, which is very
flattering. I love it! I also bought some dangly gold
earrings to wear with it.

I bought the new microwave today. They still had the red
one and the matching toaster, so I got them. I'm thinking
about going back for the matching coffee pot, just to keep
the red enamel theme going. I don't drink much coffee, so
it seemed like a waste to get rid of our perfectly good
white coffee pot for a prettier red one, but I probably
will end up doing it, eventually.

I'm sleepy (then again, what's new?) so I'm ready to sign
off for the night. Ciao.
